What is Cufflink Monthly?

Cufflink Monthly is a subscription service that offers 3, 6 and 12-month subscription plans to our club members. Each month we carefully curate a cufflink set that celebrates an event or holiday for that month. Our subscription plans allow you to affordably build your cufflink collection or gift a collection to that special someone in your life.

We also offer single cufflink set purchases (visit our Catalog page to see all the options available).

How does Cufflink Monthly Work? 

Depending upon the subscription plan you choose, you will receive a shipment every month with a new cufflink set to add to your collection. If you are selecting the 3-month subscription, you also have the option of receiving a shipment every other month – please just let us know in the comments section when placing your order.

Each shipment leaves our offices around the last week of each prior month, this means the February domestic shipment can be expected within 5 days after the first of the month. International shipments may take a little longer.

Prices vary depending upon the subscription plan you select.

What’s Inside each Cufflink Monthly shipment?

Each shipment comes in a hand selected recycling shipping box. Inside each shipment you will find an individual presentation cufflink case wrapped in a parchment paper letter providing a notable quote and history/background of the selected theme for the month.

How much does it cost? / Are there hidden fees?

Our prices are listed on the website and include free shipping within the United States. For shipping to Canada, please note there will be a USD $9.50/shipment fee that is charged to the customer. For shipments outside of North America, please email us via info@cufflinkmonthly.com for pricing information.

How does billing work?

Club members have the option of paying for the entire subscription at order placement, or be billed on a monthly basis. Our recurring billing will take place on the 5th of each month for the next shipment.

Where and how do you ship?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. We CAN now ship to PO, APO and DPO Boxes to ensure that your loved ones at home or far away know you care.

Domestic Shipping time is usually 3 – 4 days after posting, APO and DPO shipments do take somewhat longer and are shipped on an earlier schedule to ensure timely arrivals. International shipments are considered custom shipments – please contact us via email info@cufflinkmonthly.com to discuss our options.

When is the monthly deadline? / When will I receive my first box?

After your order is placed, you will receive an email from one of our team members asking how quickly you would like your first shipment. During the holiday season we can offer 24-hour processing of shipments to assist in making shipments in time for your celebration.

For 2018 please note our regular USPS Shipping Guaranteed Holiday Cut Off Dates:

Hanukkah        Wednesday 26 November

Christmas        Monday 17 December

We will take orders after these dates but cannot guarantee delivery in time for your celebration, without premium shipping options.

How can I cancel my subscription?

As we are primarily a subscription service, your subscription lasts for the period of the term you selected. Please be reminded that this is an automatic recurring billing. We will email you at the end of your first subscription period cycle to remind you. Unless you respond to the email indicating you do not wish to renew, you will be billed for another term.

How do I receive a refund?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the current month’s selection, simply send us an email indicating your desire to select a different theme. You can reach us on info@cufflinkmonthly.com

Can I sign up for just one box? / How do gifts work?

We realize not everyone may be sure if their special someone would like to receive a multi-shipment subscription, so we offer single cufflink sets for purchase. Please visit our Collections page to select the set you would like to gift.

Do I get to keep each month’s shipment?

Yes! Our subscription service allows you to build your cufflink collection in an affordable and fun manner. Each month you will receive a pre-selected cufflink set delivered right to your door.

What if I don’t like this month’s shipment?

No problem at all. We work very hard to select styles and themes that we think everyone will enjoy, but sometimes we just get it wrong. We are happy to exchange your monthly selection at no charge to you. Just send us an email at info@cufflinkmonthly.com and we will provide exchange information.
